Born in Florence, she finished her classical and musical studies in Venice. She then pursued

advanced studies at the Conservatory of Geneva, in the class of Lionel Rogg, and obtained a "Certificat de Perfectionnement" in 1988.

She has followed numerous musical interpretation courses and has given many concerts, both as soloist and as member of ensembles throughout Europe.
